These terms describe the basic rules for using AI Council. They are intentionally simple for the current MVP.

Use of AI Council
AI Council is a project advisory workspace that helps users organize project conversations, saved context, plans, and AI-assisted guidance. You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.
Subscription billing
AI Council may offer paid Pro subscriptions. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe, and your subscription renews according to the billing terms shown at checkout.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through the available billing or customer portal controls. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but does not necessarily refund prior charges unless required by law or stated separately.
AI outputs
AI Council outputs are informational and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying important decisions, especially business, legal, financial, safety, medical, operational, or technical decisions.
User-submitted content
You are responsible for the project descriptions, chat messages, memories, feedback, and other content you submit. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use or content that violates law or the rights of others.
Pro plan terms
The Pro plan may include individual specialist access, unlimited projects, unlimited messages, and unlimited memory as described in the product. AI Council may apply reasonable safeguards to protect service reliability and prevent abuse.
Limitation of liability
AI Council is provided as-is for project advisory and productivity support. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Council is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on AI outputs.
